So, i was thinking..... I had lunch four hours ago, so it`s time for a treat, right? :P
We call them "Golden Potatoes".
We boil them in salty water but don`t let them until they become mushy, we get them out of the water, and them dry them off a bit. Then we fry them in very hot oil, until they become golden and crispy.....we put some salt on them when they are done :) I also made a garlic sauce to go with - yum yum :)
