Quick pasta :)

So, i felt a little peckish, and I decided to for some pasta with chicken, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil :)

Sunday afternoon treat :)

So, i was thinking..... I had lunch four hours ago, so it`s time for a treat, right? :P

We call them "Golden Potatoes". 

We boil them in salty water but don`t let them until they become mushy, we get them out of the water, and them dry them off a bit. Then we fry them in very hot oil, until they become golden and crispy.....we put some salt on them when they are done :) I also made a garlic sauce to go with - yum yum :)

It`s a beautiful Sunday morning, the sun is shining, the August heat is gone, the coffee and the tea it`s done.

So let`s grab a cup and go to the balcony, or your window, or just outside somewhere, and look around you, look at the trees, the grass, the people... the life that surrounds us, and lets be thankful and happy because we are alive in such an amazing world. Live every minute of every day fully, because they are more precious than diamonds. Have a wonderful day!

THE BEST ANCIENT EGYPT DOCUMENTARY

Hello there! I am Midnight! :)

Tonight I was trying to relax and watch something interesting. 

I will start by saying that I am a great fan of Science Fiction, Egyptology... and alien conspiracy's :P 

So, I was browsing on YouTube for all sorts of weird alien videos, and I ended up watching this incredible video about the Egypt pyramids. I think this is the most professional and clear documentary on this subject I have watched so far.
